Mark Garcia is the Vice President and Creative Director of Majestyk, a digital product studio in NYC. Mark founded and leads Majestyk's creative practice. With his forward-thinking leadership, he drives the creative vision for both the agency and clients in the digital landscape. His insightful approach to design has sparked the success of countless products and enabled Majestyk to capture multiple industry awards.
He has lead creative for clients across a multitude of industries including such names as: Disney, Hasbro, Crayola, Casio, Goodyear, Tazo Tea, Chick-fil-A and Dean Foods among others. In addition, Mark’s skill and creative prowess aided in Majestyk’s triumph of the Mobile Watson Developer Challenge, whom has since partnered with IBM to commercialize the IBM supercomputer “Watson.” To build on that success, Mark was a key player in the development of the CogniToys Dino — a toy named one of TIME’s Best Inventions in 2015, a 2016 Toy of the Year (TOTY) “Rookie of the Year” finalist and tabbed as the “Best Use of A.I. in Education” by the coveted A.I. Awards.
He was named one of Strtupboost's 2018 33 Under 33, honoring emerging tech entrepreneurs in the industry; one of Graphic Design USA Magazine’s “2017 People to Watch” and was recognized by his alma mater with the Seton Hall University 2017 Young Alumni Impact Award, recognizing a young professional who has made a demonstrable, significant impact toward Seton Hall, their profession and their community.
